Having now watched all 5 shows of "From The River", I found it very encouraging to hear what has been going on with the restoration of the Dewerts. I look forward to seeing them in ministry again, in time. As was mentioned in one of the shows, God's true purpose when people fall is to bring them to full restoration - which doesn't mean being an usher 20 years down the road. God has truly gifted the Dewerts and I believe has called them to minister to our nation.

Such faith Spidey!  I commend you for your positive outlook, and your hope for the restoration of Dr. Dick and Joan. Perhaps you are right, and the Deewert’s have come under the corrective hand of God, been changed and transformed, and we will witness a fruitful and spiritually submitted couple emerging from the ashes of their former ministry. You cannot be certain of your opinion, nor can I. Time alone will tell. For my part, I’ll watch and see what kind of fruit the tree produces. If I had to GUESS, I’d say you will be painfully disappointed come the first fundraiser.
